Short Description
Insulmould 1260 (304 ml cartridge) is a high-quality, ceramic-based refractory mouldable designed for quick and reliable sealing of cracks, expansion joints, and openings in refractory linings up to approximately 1260 °C. The product is specially developed for professional use in industrial environments where maintenance or repair of thermal insulation and refractory linings is required.

• Professional use only: dust may be carcinogenic (Category 1B, H350i)

Installation Instructions
• Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free of loose particles before applying Insulmould 1260
• Apply the material directly from the cartridge to the area to be sealed or repaired
• Depending on the application, the material can be troweled, injected, or hand-formed
• For specific needs, the putty may be thickened with vermiculite powder or diluted with water (in limited amounts) to improve workability
• Allow sufficient drying or curing time before putting the installation back into service
