Summary: 

This industrial-grade exhaust wrap is made from refractory aluminum oxide-silicate fiber yarn, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1250 °C. With its low thermal conductivity, it provides superior heat insulation compared to standard fiberglass wraps. Ideal for high-heat environments such as exhaust systems, boiler insulation, and sealing applications in heavy industry. The tape is durable, flexible, and easy to install. Note: Significant smoke emission may occur during initial heat-up due to organic binders in the material—this is normal.

Important: Ceramic fiber contains approx. 15% organic fiber. When heated, this may cause blackening and smoke as the organic content burns off. This is a normal reaction and does not affect performance. As temperature increases, the product will return to its original white color and smoking will cease. Proper ventilation is essential during initial use.

Important Notice 

Ceramic fibers contain about 15% organic content. Smoke may occur on first heating—this is normal and temporary. Ensure proper ventilation during initial operation.

How Much Tape Do You Need? 

Depending on your exhaust diameter:

• 60 mm diameter: 6 meters per meter of exhaust

• 90 mm diameter: 9 meters per meter of exhaust

• 120 mm diameter: 11.5 meters per meter of exhaust
