Tefapak GRH 280 Gland Packing

Packing made of thin strands PTFE foil incorporated with graphite. The GRH packing has 40% higher graphite content and at the same time higher strength compared to common PTFE graphited seals. The high performance of GRH packing is the result of a composite structure, that is clearly seen on the image from the SEM electron microscope. The structure of this packing consists of thin layers of colloidal graphite, at the level of 20 µm, enclosed in a PTFE matrix.
