Karbopak KL 380 Gland Packing

The packing based on phenoplasts is braided from high-performance synthetic fiber with a high content of carbon also named Kynol, Novoloid or phenolic fiber. The KL 380 packing is braided in square profiles with various sizes, which are impregnated with PTFE dispersion to improve friction and mechanical properties.

• Average density: ~1.2 g/cc
• Min. shaft/bush hardness: ~30 HRC
