HS1100 Fireproof Stove Adhesive – Heat-Resistant Sealant up to 1100 °C / 2000 F – For Glass Fiber, Ceramic Rope, and Insulation Materials – 50 ml Tube

A ready-to-use, heat-resistant adhesive in a 50 ml tube, specially developed for attaching and sealing lightweight insulation. Thanks to its unique composition of alkaline silicates and mineral fillers, the adhesive can withstand temperature peaks of up to 1100 °C.

Applications

This adhesive is ideal for:

• Sealing and bonding gaskets made of ceramic or glass fibers.

• Adhering fire‑resistant stove rope to metal components.

• Joining glass fiber sheets, sleeves, and insulation products.

Note: Suitable only for insulation materials — not for bonding between glass and metal or metal-to-metal connections. If in doubt, please contact us.

Technical Specifications

Storage & Shelf Life

Shelf life of up to 12 months in the original sealed container at 5–30 °C. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures may degrade properties.

Usage & Curing

1. Apply the adhesive generously to the cleaned surfaces.

2. Allow to dry for at least 10 hours at room temperature.

3. Gradually increase the temperature without direct flame.

4. Clean any spills immediately with water.
