DEI Heat Screen™ – Extra Insulated, Self-Adhesive Heat Shield

The DEI Heat Screen™ features a 1.2 mm thick insulation layer made of high-quality fiberglass material. This extra insulation provides superior heat protection, while the material remains flexible and easy to cut to size. Thanks to the self-adhesive backing, installation is quick and hassle-free—no additional fasteners required.

• Material: Aluminized mylar surface + fiberglass insulation (1.2 mm)
• Flexible: Easily conforms to surfaces and corners
• Self-adhesive: Simple installation, no tools needed
• Heat Resistance:
  Reflects radiant heat up to 950 °C
  Withstands direct heat up to 650 °C
  Adhesive layer heat resistant up to 160 °C

Typical Applications

Ideal for protecting areas where heat can cause damage, such as:

• Body panels (prevents paint from burning)
• Near fuel tanks or wiring
• Under the hood or inside the interior
• In combination with DEI Cool Tape™ for sealing edges and seams

Installation Instructions

1. Thoroughly clean the surface
2. Cut the foil to the desired size
3. Apply with the adhesive side and press firmly
   ❗ Note: Not suitable for direct application on exhaust components.
