61 x 40 cm Pro Shield - Double layer aluminum heat shield rolled in extra large relief

The Pro Shield is a highly effective double layer heat shield designed to protect components against high temperatures and radiant heat. The two aluminium layers are joined together using a special rolling process, while direct contact between the layers is kept to a minimum.

This construction blocks radiant heat in two stages, significantly increasing the insulating performance of the heat shield. In addition, the enlarged embossed surface almost doubles the cooling area compared to a standard heat shield. This allows heat to be dissipated more efficiently when airflow passes along the shield.

Despite its double layer construction, the Pro Shield remains lightweight, easy to shape and simple to process. This makes it suitable for installation around complex shapes, components and surfaces where effective heat protection is required.
