How Much Exhaust Wrap Do I Need?

* The quantity is based on an overlap of 4 to 5 cm.

Installation Instructions

1. Clean and degrease the exhaust.

2. Dampen the wrap slightly under running water (do not soak).

3. Start wrapping with ~1 cm overlap.

4. Use 1 stainless tie at the start and 2 at the end to secure.

5. Tighten ties with a DEI mounting tool.

6. Let the wrap dry completely before starting the engine.

Note on Titanium Exhausts

Titanium exhausts are thin and built to dissipate heat quickly. Wrapping them may trap too much heat, leading to brittleness and cracking. We recommend flexible heat shields as a safer alternative.
